Health and Fitness Weekend, 22 - 24 September 2017, Llandudno 3 places left

Karen and I ran our first Health & Fitness Weekend at the Queen's Hotel, The Promenade, Llandudno, last October and it was fabulous. We loved presenting and the ladies were awesome. We had such a laugh during the day and even though the ladies in the evening could do what they liked as it was their free time we all stayed together in the hotel, relaxed and chatted. I loved this as it is lovely to catch up with my clients and spend quality time with them because when they attend class it is just a quick hello, how are you? The feedback we received was fantastic and our clients even suggested we do two a year. hoping to next year. Due to the success we are running another weekend Fri 22 to Sunday 24 September 2017. 

The cost of the package is £200 per person for a double or twin room and £203 for a single room.

There are 3 places left. Everyone who came last year has booked again.

Below are photos and a video of a chair dance class Karen ran. We didn't stop laughing in this class. 

As well as teaching individually we have decided this year we will do something together so watch this space.......

I have posted last years itinerary to give you an idea of what to expect but we are adding more and the new itinerary will follow.

A deposit of £50 per person is required by Friday 3 February 2017.

6.30 pm – Evening meal & free time

7.30 – 8.15 am – Yoga/stretch with Karen or walk with Paula
8.15 – 9.00 am – Breakfast
*09.30 – 10.30 am – Talk re skincare with Karen or 9.30 – 10.15 am Total Body Workout with Paula
10.45 – 11.30 am – Pilates Balls with Karen
11.45 – 12.30 pm – KS Extreme v Body Conditioning with Paula
