Good morning,
February is now upon us. I hope you are managing to stick to your goals? We are so easily sidetracked. I write mine down and everyday look at them and it helps me to move forward. I love lists I have a to do list for my businesses and personal
life. Now I am not saying it works for everyone but it works for me and I find it helps me de-clutter my brain and it's a great feeling when you tick something off your list. I have so much going on in my brain it makes me stressed and stress can make you fat and I am not talking about big stresses it's the little stresses ie workload, getting kids to school, sorting out meals, the list is endless so get writing your list.

Circuit Training - Every Monday 6.45 pm. Why not try Angie's class and get your first class free or bring a friend and receive a free

Zumba on a Wednesday until 15th Feb inclusive is at the Torkington Centre not at Norbury Church due to a church function.
Dance Fitness - Every Wednesday 6.30 pm. Why not try Lisa's class and get your first class free or bring a friend and receive a free class.
Huffys lunch - our next lunch date is Thursday 16 February
