I do love pasta but after following the KSFL 28 day programme 4 years ago I avoid pasta and I don't eat it at home anymore. I ate a lot of pasta as it was a carb and I needed carbs for energy but I found I was always left feeling
bloated. I still eat plenty of carbs but there are better alternatives out there. I still have pasta in the house for my boys as they love it but it doesn't even bother me anymore. My mindset has changed and I realised over a 28 day period I was eating foods through habit so the pasta went. I admit if I go for an Italian I will usually have a pasta dish but this is my treat meal and it doesn't happen very often. I also enjoy lasagna and made a dish the other day
using butternut squash sheets and it was lovely. There is also another lasagna dish below so I will be trying this as well.
