Weekly update for Keep Fit with Paula

Good morning,

I hope you had a great weekend. It goes by far too quickly. If you are coming to class this week if you bring a friend you can have your class free of charge.

Below you will find my weekly update re what is happening at Keep Fit with Paula with Angie, Lisa & myself as well as the weekly Fitness Timetable for February 2017. Michelle is back to teach Kettlebell in March.

Circuit Training - Every Monday 6.45 pm. Why not try Angie's class and get your first class free.

Zumba on a Wednesday until 15th Feb inclusive is at the Torkington Centre not at Norbury Church due to a church function.

Dance Fitness - Every Wednesday 6.30 pm. Why not try Lisa's class and get your first class free.

Huffys lunch - our next lunch date is Thursday 16 February 11.45 am. Let me know if you will be joining us.
