Weekly update for Keep Fit with Paula

Good morning,

I hope you had a great weekend. If you are coming to class this week if you bring a friend you can have your class free of charge or if you haven't attended any of our classes before you can have a free trial. 

Below you will find my weekly update re what is happening at Keep Fit with Paula with Angie, Lisa & myself as well as the weekly Fitness Timetable for February 2017. 

Zumba on Wednesday is back at Norbury Church.

Fitness Weekend - 22 - 24 Sept 2017. Details below.  2 places left.

Kettlebell 4 week fitness course - Kettlebell Course with Michelle starting Wednesday 1-22 March inclusive. The price will be £20. If you are interested please let me know. 5 spaces left

6 Week Health/Wellness Transformation Programme starting 23 February 2017. 2 spaces left.

I am looking at an early morning class/classes around 6.30 am during the week and 9 am on a Saturday. If you are interested please let me know.
