Weekly update for Keep Fit with Paula including NEW 4 week programme Brainfit

Published: Mon, 03/13/17

Good morning,

Another weekend has flown by. I hope you had a great weekend. I bought a Fitbit a few weeks ago and have to be honest was a bit reluctant at first. A lot of clients have them and they love it but the reason I wasn't sure was because I thought I know I do lots of steps, drink plenty of fluids etc. Do I really need one? Anyway I love it. I feel it is helping me focus more on lots of things ie sleep is a biggy for me so I can track what is happening with my sleep pattern. My sleep has improved since I started using magnesium spray and having reflexology but with the Fitbit I can monitor it more. I am also aware of the calories I am burning, my heart rate, how many steps I am doing and lots more so if you are thinking of purchasing one it is definitely worth it.

Below you will find my weekly update re what is happening at Keep Fit with Paula with Angie, Lisa, Michelle & myself as well as the weekly Fitness Timetable for March 2017.
