Today I want to speak about a lesson I teach my clients.
I want you to imagine you have a racehorse.
This racehorse is worth £1,000,000.
It makes a LOT of money from the races it wins because
its super fast, one of the best around.
Now.. I want to ask you a question.
What would you feed it?
You'd feed it top quality food, right?
To make sure you keep it in top quality shape.
You wouldn't go around feeding it highly processed food.
Same thing goes for if you had a Porsche or something.
You would put quality petrol in there.
You wouldn't put diesel in it or chip pan fat or something because you'd
wreck it.
Totally obvious, no?
YET people do this to their body. They fuel it with utter junk.
Guess what... you only get ONE body.
You can't replace that like you can a car.
Sure, a Porsche costs a LOT, but its replaceable. You get the idea though, right?
Eating healthy does NOT have to be boring either.
In fact I always say that if it is boring then you'll likely fall off the wagon easily.
If you make your food
amazing tasting AND healthy then getting results is easy.

levels every day.
