Weekly update for Keep Fit with Paula

Good morning,

WOW it's the first day of spring. This means longer and brighter days are here although looking outside this morning it's still dark and miserable.

I have had an action packed weekend. Thursday night I travelled to Blackpool for the Annual Fitness Showcase at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool. Have you ever been to the Winter Gardens it is massive so many rooms. I attended 17 classes and only one was an educational talk. I did a mixture of dance classes, the 80's one was the best you could have a good sing a long to that, Chair Dance, Burlexercise, various Pilates classes, PIYO, Trigger Point Pilates and Brain Fit. I am running a Brain Fit Programme starting 25th April for four weeks. Trigger Point Pilates is amazing we used spiky small rubber balls and you put them under various points of your body. We also used something new called a Pulse Roll which vibrates and again this goes under various parts of your body. I went into that class aching and felt I had come out with a new body. I am looking into the certification for this as it is wonderful and will certainly benefit my clients. 

I was really cross over the weekend as I posted a video of the presenter teaching Chair Dance on Facebook and was banned because of the music that was playing. It was George Michael. I am still banned now so I cannot post videos or do live broadcasts. It really infuriates me as I am sure you have seen there are lots of posts on Facebook that are not appropriate.

Anyway back to what's happening this week at Keep Fit with Paula with Angie, Lisa, Michelle & myself as well as the weekly Fitness Timetable for March 2017. 

If you are coming to class this week and you bring a friend you can have your class free of charge or if you haven't attended any of our classes before you can have a free trial. 

Michelle finishes Kettlebell on Wednesday and the feedback has been fabulous so I am planning another 4 week programme soon. Fab Abs will be back on the timetable 29th March.

NEW 4 week Brain Fit Programme starts Tuesday 25 April until 16 May. Price £22.00. Brain Fit is a stress reducing positive workout utilising movement, music and meditation with powerful affirmations.

Huffy's Lunch - Thursday 30 March 11.30 am. Everyone welcome.

Classes will run as usual over the Easter holidays apart from Bank Holiday Monday 17 April this affects both mine and Angie's class.
