I cannot tell you how much I am buzzing.
Last Thursday my 12 Week Health/Wellness Transformation Programme finished and my ladies had fantastic results. I love seeing the transformations that take place. I
first started KSFL in January 2013 and had my own reasons for doing it (that's another story) but it never ceases to amaze me when people achieve their targets/goals. I always say at our first meeting that I know the majority of people are there because they want to lose weight but I tell them by the end of the programme they will learn so much re weight loss and have a better understanding what needs to be in place to achieve this. At Kick Start we call them the big rocks. Sleep, stress,
hormones, gut health, nutrition and mind-set. This is something that does not happen over night Kick Start is a journey and once you start putting the big rocks in place you will see results with lots of benefits ie better sleep, skin, nails, hair, more energy, cravings stop the list is endless. One of my 14 day online lady's hot flushes have stopped, Type 2 diabetes lady has dropped her meds these are great health benefits.
My next 12 Week
Health/Wellness Transformation Programme starts Thursday 20 April. This time round you can attend my LIVE weekly meeting with a fitness class per week or the LIVE Weekly meeting only (no weekly fitness class) or if you cannot make a Thursday night but are interested in the programme you can join ONLINE and follow the programme that way.
We will be focusing on health, wellness, stress, hormones, sleep, nutrition, gut health and
mind-set.

Sleep and understanding how to de-stressing are key to lowering cortisol and ultimately getting rid of belly fat. This talk looks at how to improve your sleep with simple interventions and tips.
Week 10 Is Stress Causing Your Weight
Gain
How to Manage Stress and bring down Cortisol. Stress causes belly fat that will not go through eating less and exercising more learns strategies on how to lower your stress
levels every day.
Week 11 Alcohol – To booze or not to booze understand how much booze impacts your health and how to drink without it ruining your detox
Week 12 – Pelvic Health and Gut Health – BONE BROTH
