Good morning
My clients are always asking me for recipes for breakfast as I ask them to ditch the cereals, bread etc on my Kick Start plan so here are some recipes for you to try. I found when I ate cereal within a couple of hours I was hungry again.
With the recipes below they will keep you fuller for longer.
Frittatas are so easy to make and I have posted a recipe below but you can add anything to your frittata and even better you can eat on the go hot or cold so great if you want to take to work.
