I am really excited as Marion Kokolakakis-Long a Dance Fitness Instructor is joining Keep Fit with Paula to run a PiYo 6 week course. When I attended a fitness convention in March I participated in a PiYo class and thoroughly enjoyed it and
knew I wanted to add it to my fitness timetable.
For those who haven't done PiYo before we are running a taster session on Wednesday 24th May 6.15 - 7.00 pm at Norbury Church, London Rd, Hazel Grove. £3.00. If you are interested let me know as soon as possible as there are only 15 spaces and 3 have gone already.
The fitness course will run from Wednesday 14 June through to 19 July. Same time at Norbury Church. The cost is £30 and needs to
be paid before the course starts. If you want to pay by bank transfer I can give you my bank details or you can pay at any of the classes you already attend.
