Weekly update for Keep Fit with Paula - PiYo & Indoor Bootcamp

Good morning,

I hope you are enjoying the Bank Holiday. I'm off to Crocky Trail with the boys today so fingers crossed the weather stays dry.

There are no classes tonight due to the Bank Holiday but I am running Zumba tomorrow Tues 2 May at 6 pm. Let me know if you are interested.

PiYo with Marion - 7 spaces have gone already for the PiYo taster session on Wednesday 24 May
6.15 pm at Norbury Church. 8 spaces available.  The PiYo 6 week course will start Wednesday 14 June and if you would like to book message me on Facebook or email.

Indoor Bootcamp - I am putting together a programme for an early morning Indoor Bootcamp twice a week at a local gym in Hazel Grove and Angie who is a Personal Trainer will be taking the class.  This will be a small group - 8 people maximum. Starting June.

6 Week Health/Wellness Transformation Programme. My next course will run on Thursday 1 June to 16 July finishing before the school holidays and this will be a 6 week course.

Health/Fitness Weekend 22 - 24 Sept 

Please note Angie is on holiday Monday 8 & 15 May. You are welcome to attend any other classes on the timetable.

Huffys lunch - the next lunch will be Thursday 25 May 11.30 am. Everyone welcome. Let me know if you are attending.
