Weekly update for Keep Fit with Paula

Good morning,

I hope you have had a wonderful weekend. If you are ready to get back on track with your fitness/health I have lots on the timetable and  Kick Start Programmes for your health/nutrition.

Here is the weekly update with myself, Lisa and Angie.

Angie is on holiday but is back next Monday 22 May for Indoor Bootcamp. You are welcome to attend any other classes on the timetable.

No Fab Abs on Wednesday 17 May.

PiYo with Marion - PiYo taster session on Wednesday 24 May 6.15 pm at Norbury Church is full but bookings are being taken for the PiYo 6 week course starting Wednesday 14 June and if you would like to book message on Facebook,  email or speak to me in class. 3 spaces sold already.

Kick Start Body Boost Indoor Bootcamp - 5 week programme. Early morning sessions with Angie who is a Personal Trainer starts 1 June. 2 sessions a week Wed and Fri and an extra session on a Monday evening (additional cost). This will be a small group - 8 people maximum. Link below.

6 Week Health/Wellness Transformation Programme. Next course starts Thursday 1 June to 16 July finishing before the school holidays. Link below.

Another bank holiday is looming on 29 May so there will be no classes but Zumba will be on 30th May 6 pm at Torkington Centre. 

Health/Fitness Weekend 22 - 24 Sept 

Huffys lunch - Thursday 25 May 11.30 am. Everyone welcome. Let me know if you are attending.

If you are attending class this week and you bring a friend you can have your class free of charge or if you haven't attended any of our classes before you can have a free trial.
