5 WEEK BODY BOOST INDOOR BOOTCAMP PROGRAMME WITH
ANGIE HULME PERSONAL TRAINER
Kick Start are looking for 6-8 people to join Angie, Personal Trainer at a private studio in Hazel Grove. Angie has been in the industry over 10 years and has helped people achieve their goals and get the results they want. The Bootcamp will run 2 early morning sessions a week and if people want to increase their level of fitness there is an extra class in the evening (additional charge). Each week Angie will do a mixture of workouts and the studio
has lots of equipment to use to help increase your fitness levels/burn body fat.
The programme also includes recipe book, 30 breakfasts, 30 lunches, 30 evening meals, meal planners, shopping list, Facebook group support, access to Kick Start Fat Loss website, exercises online and educational/motivational group talk every Thurs evening (optional).
We don’t just focus on weight loss. We know to get the results you want you need to be aware of the
following:-

Sleep
Hormones
Health
Mind-set
