Weekly update for Keep Fit with Paula

Good morning,

I hope you are enjoying the Bank Holiday?

If you are ready to get back on track with your fitness/health I have lots on the timetable and 2 Kick Start Programmes starting on Thursday for your health/nutrition.

Here is the weekly update with myself, Lisa and Angie.

Bank Holiday Monday - Zumba is on at the Torkington Centre 6.15 pm due to my lovely clients wanting a class. Note no Indoor Bootcamp or Tummy Tone. 

Dance Fitness  -  Please note this class will be moving to the Torkington Centre on Wednesday 14 June and the last class at Mega Stars is the 7th June.  The reason we are moving is the room at the Torkington Centre is much larger as space was limited at Mega Stars. The time will remain the same. 

PiYo Last Wednesday was our taster session and Marion was fabulous. The feedback was great and 6 places have gone already for the 6 week fitness course starting Wednesday 14 June 6.15 - 7.00 pm. £30 to be paid in full before the course starts. Link below.

Kick Start Body Boost Indoor Bootcamp - 5 week programme. Early morning sessions with Angie who is a Personal Trainer starts 1 June. 2 sessions a week Wed and Fri and an extra session on a Monday evening (additional cost). This will be a small group - 8 people maximum. Link below.

6 Week Health/Wellness Transformation Programme. Next course starts Thursday 1 June to 16 July finishing before the school holidays. Link below.

Health/Fitness Weekend 22 - 24 Sept. Karen and I have put together an itinerary and will be posted soon. 

If you are attending class this week and you bring a friend you can have your class free of charge or if you haven't attended any of our classes before you can have a free trial.
