5 WEEK BODY BOOST INDOOR BOOTCAMP PROGRAMME WITH ANGIE HULME PERSONAL TRAINER
Kick Start are looking for 6-8 people to join Angie, Personal Trainer at a private studio in Hazel Grove. Angie has been in the industry over 10 years and has helped people achieve their goals and get the results they want. The Bootcamp will run 2 early morning sessions a week and if people want to increase their level of fitness there is an extra class in the evening (additional charge). Each week Angie will do a mixture of workouts and the studio has lots of equipment to use to help increase your fitness levels/burn body fat.

The programme also includes recipe book, 30 breakfasts, 30 lunches, 30 evening meals, meal planners, shopping list, Facebook group support, access to Kick Start Fat Loss website, exercises online and educational/motivational group talk every Thurs evening (optional).

We don’t just focus on weight loss. We know to get the results you want you need to be aware of the following:-
Stress
Sleep
Hormones
Health
Mind-set

If the above improves you will see a difference in your weight loss ie lbs/inches.

Week 1 Kick Start 5 week Transformation
Understanding the Kick Start Foundations of nutrition and health and mind-set.
Getting into the right mind-set, understanding the reasons WHY you want to lose weight and improve your health, goal setting, journaling and how to stay focused through the programme is key to long lasting success. The session is KEY to get your mind-set right before you start, understanding your motivations and how to get the absolute best results from the next 5 weeks including back to basics nutrition, what to eat and when to eat.  MINDSET and MOTIVATION to keep you going for the long term
Week 2 GRADUATION and how to maintain your amazing results
Week 3 How to improve your sleep and lose inches
Sleep and understanding how to de-stressing are key to lowering cortisol and ultimately getting rid of belly fat. This talk looks at how to improve your sleep with simple interventions and tips.
Week 4 Is Stress Causing Your Weight Gain
How to manage Stress and bring down Cortisol. Stress causes belly fat that will not go through eating less and exercising more learns strategies on how to lower your stress
levels every day.
Week 5 Alcohol – To booze or not to booze understand how much booze impacts your health and how to drink without it ruining your detox
