Good morning

I hope you are well and if you are on holiday having a great time. 

The recipe below is a Frittata. My clients love this as it is so simple to make and you can use any left overs and add to it. I also recommend it as a healthy breakfast dish as you can eat it hot or cold and is great for my clients who work and don't want to eat first thing.
