Marion Kokolakakis-Long a Dance Fitness Instructor is joining Keep Fit with Paula to run a PiYo 6 week course.
The fitness course will run from Wednesday 14 June through to 19 July. Norbury Church 6.15 - 7.00 pm. The
cost is £30 and needs to be paid before the course starts. If you want to pay by bank transfer I can give you my bank details or you can pay at any of the classes you already attend.
If you book before Sunday 4 June or attend the taster session and decide you want to attend the 6 week programme and you book/pay on the night you will receive a free class pass to attend any other fitness class on the timetable.
