I love soups and enjoy them anytime of the year. I prefer homemade and avoid supermarket soups as the ingredients in your own soup are healthy/nutritious so you know what is in your
food and they are so easy to make. I have a soup maker so I can make my soups chunky or smooth. I add herbs, spices or coconut milk to make a tastier dish.
You can take to work in a food flask so you don't have to nip out to the shop to grab something that isn't as healthy to eat.
