Weekly update for Keep Fit with Paula w/c 26 June

Good morning,

I hope you have had a good weekend? I can't believe we are almost at the end of June and not long to go now until the summer holidays. Still not too late to join us to help get your fitness levels back up if you haven't been to class for a while and you want to get into shape for the holidays. 

Here is the weekly update with myself, Lisa and Angie.

7 Day Online Sprinter Programme.  Every Monday £27

Health/Fitness Weekend 22 - 24 Sept -  the hotel has allocated us more rooms so we have another  6 spaces. You will find the itinerary on the KFWP website. If you are interested let me know.

Huffys lunch - Thursday 20 July 11.30 am. 

4 Week Health/Wellness Transformation Programme - starts Thursday 13th July - 3rd August 2017, final weigh in 10th August £49

 - Great news Michelle is back for a 6 week programme, 4 Oct - 8 Nov, Norbury Church, 6.15 - 7.00 pm. 

12 Week Health/Wellness Transformation Programme - Starts 7 Sept to 30 November. Attend weekly meeting and a fitness class per week (live) or online programme.

If you are attending class this week and you bring a friend you can have your class free of charge or if you haven't attended any of our classes before you can have a free trial.
