Weekly update for Keep Fit with Paula w/c 3 July

Good morning,

Well July is here and people are now planning, if not already planned for the school holidays, if you have children in school. I was chatting to my eldest son yesterday and he finishes in 3 weeks and some schools have already finished. He has just chosen his options and ready to move into year 10 and he said to me it doesn't seem five minutes ago since he started high school. Ha ha wait until he gets to my age time goes by far too quickly.

7 Day Kick Start Online Sprinter Programme.  Every Monday £20.

Health/Fitness Weekend 22 - 24 Sept -  the hotel has allocated us more rooms so we have more spaces. You will find the itinerary on the KFWP website. If you are interested let me know.

Huffys lunch - Thursday 20 July 11.30 am. 

4 Week Health/Wellness Transformation Programme - starts Thursday 13th July - 3rd August 2017, final weigh in 10th August £49

 - Great news Michelle is back for a 6 week programme, 4 Oct - 8 Nov, Norbury Church, 6.15 - 7.00 pm. 

12 Week Health/Wellness Transformation Programme - Starts 7 Sept to 30 November. Attend weekly meeting and a fitness class per week (live) or online programme.

If you are attending class this week and you bring a friend you can have your class free of charge or if you haven't attended any of our classes before you can have a free trial.
