At Kick Start some clients find it hard to give up gluten and miss their bread so I have found some tasty alternatives for you to try. I enjoy bread but always feel bloated after it. I paid for an intolerance food blood test but found
I was okay so I have it as a treat and avoid bread at home. Eliminating it from my diet for 28 days helped. I always had bread with salad, soup and most days a sandwich, baguette etc. It was more of a habit as I had been eating this way since I was a child but after the 28 days I added it back into my diet and realised I hadn't missed it and didn't want it. My boys enjoy bread and have it most days but I am not tempted.
One of my topics at Kick Start is
mindset/habits. Do you eat or drink something because you have eaten/drunk it for so long ie years? Have a think about it? How do you feel after it ie bloated, headache? Do you really want it/need it or do you just have it because you can and it's something you have always done?
If you are feeling bloated trying eliminating it from your diet. If 28 days is too long try 7 and see how you go on and how you feel. Would love to know if you give this
a go.
If you try any of the recipes let me know what you think and enjoy.
Have a fab weekend.
