Keep Fit with Paula runs Indoor Bootcamp every Monday with Instructor Angie who is a Personal Trainer. Angie started her fitness career in 2004 and since then has gone on to train in Boxercise, Circuits, Zumba, Pre & Post-natal, Yoga
& Pilates. If you find you cannot afford 1:1 Personal Training why not try Angie’s session in a group. The group is friendly and Angie will provide you with the highest level of expertise/training for you to get the results you desire.
Indoor Bootcamp is a form of body conditioning/resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. It is a fast paced class although you can go at your own level if you are new. You will be burning
more calories after your workout. You can push yourself as hard as you want by increasing the intensity or you can work out at a more comfortable pace. It is more intense than a normal cardio workout because the intensity is higher and you are able to increase your aerobic and anaerobic endurance whilst burning more fat than ever before.
The workout is for 45 mins which includes a warm up and stretch at the end of the session.
