Health and Fitness Weekend, 22 - 24 September 2017, Llandudno

Good morning,

Karen and I ran our first Health & Fitness Weekend at the Queen's Hotel, Llandudno, last October and it was fabulous. We loved presenting and the ladies were awesome. We had such a laugh during the day and even though the ladies in the evening could do what they liked as it was their free time we all stayed together in the hotel, relaxed and chatted. I loved this as it is lovely to catch up with my clients and spend quality time with them because when they attend class it is just a quick hello, how are you? 

The feedback we received was fantastic and our clients even suggested we do two a year. We are hoping to next year. Due to the success we are running another weekend Friday 22 to Sunday 24 September 2017. 

For those who have already booked to come on this weekend thank you for doing so and it's fabulous everyone who came last year has booked again.

You will find below this year's itinerary, as well as photos and a chair dance video class Karen ran. We didn't stop laughing in this class. 

We have been offered some more bedrooms at the hotel so we have places available if anyone would like to join us. If you are interested the cost of the package is £200 per person for a double or twin room and £203 for a single room. A deposit of £50 per person is required.
