Have you ever thought of having a meet free week? Rachel from Kick Start has been thinking about this for a while that doesn't mean she is becoming a vegetarian BUT she thinks having a meat free week every month or even one day a week can be beneficial to your health.

Many people switch to a higher protein/fat diet and get amazing results but suddenly find the plan is not working as well for them.  This could be over consumption of meat and protein.

Our bodies can only digest so much protein in one go and over consumption will lead to weight gain. Plus, the quality of meat differs so much depending on where you buy it …… AND it’s nice to ring the changes and try some different meals and food so below are some meat free ideas for you to try.
