Hope you are okay? Today I am teaching in the morning then heading to Llandudno for my annual Health and Fitness weekend with my partner in crime Karen Wellington. This is our 2nd year and last year was fabulous so here's hoping it
will be just as much fun. Something new we are doing this year Karen and I are doing a joint dance/aerobics session. Watch this space. My recipes today are soups. I love soup and they are so easy to make. I have a soup maker and I put all my ingredients in and 20 minutes later it's done. How simple is
that?
