Good morning and welcome to my TIP OF THE DAY.
At Kick Start we don't just focus on nutrition and exercise. Yes it is very
important you have an understanding of the above but we discuss lots of other things as well. I describe Kick Start as a jigsaw puzzle so you have all the pieces and then you need to put them together to create the jigsaw and this is exactly what we do. To start with you need to be in tune with your body and have an understanding of how your body works ie what it likes, what it doesn't like, how you feel. You need to make sure other factors are taken into consideration these are what we
call the big rocks. Do you think about your sleep, hormones, gut health, inflammation, stress? Do you emotionally eat? Why? Again I go through all of this with you. Do you write down your goals? Do you journal? That is why I am running a 90 day programme at present as there is so much to fit in and unfortunately there is no quick fix these things take time but if you are in the right mindset (another talk) and focused you can get there you might just need the
support.

We are so quick to put ourselves down and I see this so often in my groups but we flip it over and work on our positives and don't start me off with counting calories I have NEVER done this. At Kick Start we let you FILL your plate and EAT 3 meals a day. As I said take a look at the image and focus on the DO not the
DON'T.
I am loving the 90 day programme and have decided to open the doors on the 19 October for 6 weeks and this will take you to the beginning of December. More details to follow.
