A lot of my clients when they join Kick Start miss bread. If they do I give them alternatives to try. When I completed the 28 day Kick Start programme I realised eating bread was a habit. I was eating it everyday and I always
felt bloated/uncomfortable but didn't know the reason why until I eliminated it out of my diet. I still enjoy some type of bread as a special treat ie if I go to a coffee shop. I do feel better though so I know it is best avoided and that isn't because I have an intolerance as I had a test done and it came back okay. Are you one of those people who needs bread with soup? It is all to do with the mindset and it's amazing how many people associate bread with soup. If I have soup I can
now avoid the bread or if dining out I request not to have it so the temptation is not there. If you suffer from bloating try eliminating bread for 7 or even better 14 days and see how you feel.
