Today take a look at exactly where you are with things.
How do you feel?
Energy levels good?
Are you
sleeping okay?
Do you feel lethargic?
Are you hungry all the time?
Do you crave?
Do you feel happy?
Are you stressed?
Just take 5-10 minutes somewhere quiet, even if it is driving back home after dropping the kids off at school and see how you are feeling.
Then start to think how can I make small changes to improve
things.
What could I do to improve my energy levels?
What could I do to help my sleep?
What could I do to stop cravings?
