Does anyone else experience this??
We’ve been doing a lot of research at Kick Start and looking at the link between gut health, hormones & the
brain, the impact on your hormones & if they are out of whack & what happens directly to the brain & it’s health.
A lot of people put this brain fog down to ‘getting old’ ‘lack of caffeine’ etc but actually it’s a hormonal stimulus & this has a direct impact from your gut.
I am sure you can relate to this but I can tell you from running Kick Start that if you remove certain foods from your diet, eat lots of good fats, yes good FATS, green veggies
etc and fit in an exercise routine this should improve.
So my first question is:-
Do you ever experience the same as me or maybe something similar?
