Good morning

I have more 5 ingredient recipes for you.  Starting with a frittata you can add almost anything to a frittata and they can be eaten hot or cold so I always mention it to my ladies who are on any of my Kick Start programmes as they are great to take to work and can be eaten anytime of the day so a fab breakfast instead of cereal that is full of sugar. As well as a main meal dish I have given you a recipe for cauliflower mash to go with it or any other main meal dish you make.
