Weekly update for Keep Fit with Paula w/c 20 November 2017

Good morning,

Have you had a good weekend? I'm trying to de-clutter in the house and didn't realise how much stuff I have accumulated. Actually it's not mine but the boys. Do you feel better once you start getting rid of things? I know I do.

Here are my updates and what's happening at Keep Fit with Paula.

FORREST YOGA -  I am pleased to announce that Aileen is starting a NEW class on Tuesday 9 January 6.15 pm.  Aileen is also going to teach on Thursday 23 November, 10.15 am, Torkington Centre to my ladies who already attend my Pilates session at that time and if anyone else would like to come along the price is £5.50.

Fat Burn - Tuesday evening - Last class tomorrow evening I am sorry I do not like doing this but the numbers are low. Thank you to those who who attended. The class will be replaced by Forrest Yoga in January.

Come and hear a motivational talk by Rachel Holmes, Creator of Kick Start on how to lose fat the right way, how to eat to ease menopausal symptoms and for optimum health, understanding hormones and loads more up to date cutting edge information followed by a Forrest Yoga Taster Session with Instructor Aileen McDonnell.
7 pm Introduction/talk by Paula Thompson
7.30 pm Motivational talk by Rachel Holmes
8.00 pm Forrest Yoga Taster Session with Aileen McDonnell
8.30 pm Try our Kick Start savoury and sweet treats made by Flynn’s on the Park
Ticket price £5.00 but if you purchase on the night the money will be deducted from the item

December - over the next few weeks I will be leaving out at classes attendance sheets for December. I am happy to run classes until Thursday 21st December but need to know numbers as last December a number of classes had very low numbers or no people at all. I totally understand that there is so much going on in December and think this would be a good idea to get an idea of numbers so I know whether to cancel classes as I need to give two weeks notice at my venues or I get charged. 

​​​​​​Xmas Party - Looking forward to the Xmas party 20 people have booked and paid but still places available if anyone would like to join us. Saturday 9 December. Stockport County - Edgeley. £26.95 3 course meal with disco. 

Health & Fitness Weekend 2018 - 16 out of 20 spaces filled
12 - 14 October.  Queen's Hotel, Llandudno. £25 deposit to be paid asap and another £25 by 31 January 2018. Price double room £210 or single room £214.  More details on my website.

Huffy's Xmas lunch - Thursday 14 December 2017 12.30 pm. Xmas jumpers optional. Let me know if you will be attending.

Kick Start Prime - BRAND NEW programme starting Thursday 1 February. 

One to one Kick Start coaching programme.  I offer a specialised Online 1:1 Nutrition and Wellness Coaching Service for clients who want a bespoke personalised service. I coach you online & provide you with everything you need. This is done over the phone and email.
If you are attending class this week and you bring a friend you can have your class free of charge or if you haven't attended any of our classes before you can have a free trial.

FORREST YOGA WITH AILEEN
I am a busy working mum and nana and I understand the stresses and strains of modern life. I have been practicing yoga for 30 years and I love it! The yoga I teach is strong but safe and gentle. It gives you a good workout for your whole body, including positive stretching and breathing. A yoga session also gives you tools for relaxation and managing everyday stress - it even helps you sleep better. I am trained in several different styles and most recently Forrest Yoga - which is based on the understanding that anyone can benefit from yoga and make positive improvements in their overall well-being.
