Here I am with another Xmas recipe.
At Kick Start last night it was our last talk as the 90 day programme has almost finished. We discussed alcohol as the season is approaching where we are going out
more and I gave ladies tips regarding how to cope before and after a night out. If you are going out over the weekend have fun.
