Weekly update for Keep Fit with Paula w/c 18 December 2017

Good morning,

Have you had a good weekend? We have one more week at Keep Fit with Paula before we 
finish for Xmas. How are you all doing with your Xmas shopping and everything else? Are you managing to stay on track with your fitness and healthy lifestyle. December can be a tough month to stay on track.Try and stay focused you will feel better for it. Thank you to my ladies who attended Xmas lunch at Huffys last Thursday. We had a lovely time and the meal was lovely.

Here are my updates and what's happening at Keep Fit with Paula.  Classes have been reduced.

Fitness classes in the New Year start Wednesday 3 January.
Dance Fitness - Classes have finished and will be back 3rd January 2018
Pilates Thursday evening - classes have now finished. Back 4th January.
Zumba - Wednesday evening has now finished. Back 3rd January.

The only classes running this week are as follows:
Monday evening - Zumba and Tummy Tone - both classes running.
Wednesday evening - Pilates only
Thursday morning - Total Body Challenge and Pilates

FORREST INSPIRED YOGA - NEW class with Aileen Tuesday 9 January 6.15 pm. Please book if you would like a place.

Come and hear a motivational talk by Rachel Holmes, Creator of Kick Start on how to lose fat the right way, how to eat to ease menopausal symptoms and for optimum health, understanding hormones and loads more up to date cutting edge information followed by a Forrest Inspired Yoga Taster Session with Instructor Aileen McDonnell.
7 pm Introduction/talk by Paula Thompson
7.30 pm Motivational talk by Rachel Holmes
8.00 pm Forrest Inspired Yoga Taster Session with Aileen McDonnell
8.30 pm Try our Kick Start savoury and sweet treats made by Flynn’s on the Park
Ticket price £5.00 but if you purchase items on the night the money will be deducted

Health & Fitness Weekend 2018 - 17 out of 20 spaces filled
12 - 14 October.  Queen's Hotel, Llandudno. £25 deposit to be paid asap and another £25 by 31 January 2018. Price double room £210 or single room £214.  More details on my website.

One to one Kick Start coaching programme.  I offer a specialised Online 1:1 Nutrition and Wellness Coaching Service for clients who want a bespoke personalised service. I coach you online & provide you with everything you need. This is done over the phone and email.

If you are attending class this week and you bring a friend you can have your class free of charge or if you haven't attended any of our classes before you can have a free trial.

FORREST INSPIRED YOGA WITH AILEEN
I am a busy working mum and nana and I understand the stresses and strains of modern life. I have been practicing yoga for 30 years and I love it! The yoga I teach is strong but safe and gentle. It gives you a good workout for your whole body, including positive stretching and breathing. A yoga session also gives you tools for relaxation and managing everyday stress - it even helps you sleep better. I am trained in several different styles and most recently Forrest Yoga - which is based on the understanding that anyone can benefit from yoga and make positive improvements in their overall well-being.
