How are you all? I hope you have had a good week particularly if you have returned to work.
I am on a 5 day detox with my private group in Facebook and today is day 5 and I have to say now the headache has gone I am
feeling better, ie less bloated, energy levels improved and sleep improved. I do love Xmas but I know I function better when I am back into my routine. Anyone is welcome to join the goup and the link is below.
