FOODIE FRIDAY - RECIPE OF THE DAY - BREAD

How are you all? For some people this is the first week back so I hope you have had a good week.

Last night in my 28 day Women's Health & Weight Loss Group we were discussing bread has some of my ladies over Xmas have eaten more bread than they normally do so some are cutting it out completely or reducing the amount they have been eating. 

Below are some lovely bread recipes.
