I hope you have had an enjoyable weekend? I had a lovely evening on Friday celebrating a friends 60th birthday at a local Italian restaurant.
Gosh I can't believe we are into February the 2nd month of 2018. Have you
stuck to your New Years resolutions? Most people will have given up by now which is sad. I understand though as life does get in the way.
In my Kick Start group we set up to 3 weekly goals and the programme I am running now is 10 weeks so we have a long term goal as well. I find this works with my clients and makes it more manageable for them. So January has gone so let's move forward with your plans for Feb. I would love to know what they are. My long term
goal for the 10 weeks is performing a daily workout at home. Before you say but you teach fitness classes, yes I do, but that is what I do teach, observe, support etc. The only class I participate in fully is Zumba and it is only once a week. I am looking forward to doing this and have dug out my DVDS and already managed a week.

Inspired Forrest Yoga - we are looking at another venue to add a class on a Tuesday after the 6.15 pm class or another day. If you are interested in participating in a Yoga class can you drop me an email.
Mums and Tots Fitness Pilates - this is a new course I will be offering where mums can bring
their little ones to join in or play. There will be a taster session coming soon.
