WEDNESDAY TIP OF THE DAY - SETTING GOALS

Good morning


Studies have shown that setting goals will 100% improve your chances of achieving them!

  • Write your goals down (on your phone / in your notebook). Each week with my clients we post 3 goals we want to achieve for that week. They don't have to be health or fitness related.
  • I also have my business list of goals and this is broken down into monthly, quarterly and what I want to achieve by the end of the year. I find I feel better for writing things down and it helps me focus.
  • Make them SPECIFIC - narrow down margins and drill down what it is you ACTUALLY want to achieve.
  • Look at them daily.
  • Plan HOW you will set about achieving them .... make an achievable path to each specific goal ...this is actually quite exciting!
  • Be committed mentally to your plan of action.
  • Then (as the saying goes....) Just Do it.
