How are you? I hope you had a good extended weekend. The weather was superb and it was lovely to see so many of you on Facebook enjoying the sunshine.We went to Wales until Sunday and on Monday
Aaron was playing in a cup final and the team won 8-3 he was over the moon.
Below are my updates regarding what's happening at Keep Fit with Paula/Kick Start Stockport.
Inspired Yoga - we are running a new Forrest Inspired Yoga class starting
Monday 14 May, 8 pm, Torkington Centre,1 hour session, £7.
Mums and Tots Fitness Pilates 4 week programme. The next course will be Monday 11/6 - 2/7/18 11.30 am -12.30 pm, Torkington Centre, Hazel Grove, SK7 4PY. The price of the programme is £26 and is payable in advance.

Holidays - I am away Monday 28 May for one week. Yoga and Dance Fitness will be running. Lisa will be away Wednesday 20th June.
BRAND NEW Buggybeat - I am doing a certification to become a Buggybeat Instructor. This is for anyone who has a baby or toddler or looks after one ie mum, dad, childminder, grandma, grandad etc. Bugbybeat is an outdoor cross training class
for parents and baby/toddler. We will meet in a local park to do our workout. This is great for those who want to exercise but struggle to sort out childcare. If you are interested email me and I can add your name to the list and keep you updated.
One to one Kick Start coaching programme. I offer a specialised Online
1:1 Nutrition and Wellness Coaching Service for clients who want a bespoke personalised service. I coach you online & provide you with everything you need. This is done over the phone or WhatsApp.
