Good morning
My first Mums & Tots Fitness Pilates 4 week programme has just finished and I have loved every minute of it. It has been wonderful to teach adults who look after babies/toddlers and whom have said to me that they love the fact that they can
bring them to the session and do a workout whilst the youngsters play or join in. I have posted some photos below of the mums and tots participating in the sessions.
My next programme starts Monday 14 June and is a four week course for mum's, grandmas, childminders, dads or anyone who would like to attend with their baby or toddler upto 3.5 years.
