Good quality sleep can be one of the first things to disappear when you’re stressed out, but if you get more sleep, you’ll be happier, healthier, and smarter.If you sleep less than 7-9 hours a night, you’re not firing on all cylinders.

Try to get as many hours
between the sheets as possible.
There are a lot of ways to increase the satisfaction of your sleep.
1: Turn OF everything electric, phones, stand by mode, EVERYTHING has to be of. Electronic devices transmit signals & your brain will pick up on these.
2: SLEEP in pitch black.
3: Leave a good 3 / 4 hours after eating before you go to bed. You really need to have all
the food in your system digested well before you retire for the night.
4:If you can’t stop your brain going over ideas and conversations & events etc then try & read fiction before you go to sleep.
5: Eliminate screen time an hour before bed, so no looking at iPhones ipads which keep the brain alert & active.
Have you used the SLEEP APP?
You put your phone on airplane mode then under your sheets
or mattress and it measures your sleep patterns.
It’s really interesting.
Remember your body is resting, restoring, resetting & repairing while asleep and if you are not getting the results you want from you my fat loss programmes have a look at your sleep hygiene
