Plan your food this is the best way to get results. If you don’t plan ahead that’s when you may get stuck and choose the wrong foods as you are not organised.
Do a 10 minute workout as soon as you can preferably in the morning at home. So whatever the day throws at you, you know you have done your exercise.
Make your HEALTH a priority. We often neglect ourselves particularly as we lead such busy lives. if you are feeling sad, unhappy, your energy is low then it's really hard to live a productive life and hit all of your goals so getting your nutrition on track even if it's 73/30 or 60/40 you are doing well.
Make it a team effort. Get your partner, spouse and family members to understand how important this is to you and you need support from all your nearest and dearest.
It's not ALL OR NOTHING... that mind set is quite destructive. Understand it's a spectrum, some foods and habits take you closer to your goals and some further away.
