How has your weekend been? I had my works Xmas party on Friday night and on Saturday night met up with some friends at the gin bar in Bramhall as well as wrapping presents and catching up at home.
It is the final week of Keep Fit with Paula fitness timetable and classes have been reduced. Thank you to everyone for attending classes throughout the year.

Dance Fitness with Lisa - unfortunately Lisa has broken her wrist and is unable to teach on Wednesday 19 December therefore the class has been cancelled. Thank you to Lisa for attempting to teach last week. Lisa is hoping to be back on Wednesday 9 January. Wishing you a speedy recovery Lisa.
Pilates Thursday evening - 6.15 pm class is not running.
Classes will start again on Thursday 3rd January 2019 morning classes only no evening class then classes are back on Monday 7th January except Yoga.
Kick Start Elevate 2019 - the Elevate programme has worked so well and my clients have seen great results. I am running it again for 12 weeks which will take us up to Easter. There will be new workouts and new talks and it will start Thursday 10 January until 4 April 2019. Special offer £137 instead of £167 if you book before 31/12/18.
Pilates for men - My new class will be starting Wednesday 9 January 2019 at Norbury Church, 7.30 pm. Please let me know if you are interested as there are only 8 spaces available. A few spaces have been taken already.
Yoga with Aileen - please note Aileen's Yoga classes in the New Year will not start until Monday 14 January 2019 as she is on holiday.
Xmas Party - Thank you ladies for attending the Xmas party lunch at O'Hares. Great turnout with lovely people and the food was good.

Personal Fitness Coaching - I am running 1:1 or small group fitness sessions. This can be done in your home, local venue or park (weather pending). I can help you by working out a plan, weigh & measure with before and after photos. I will also give you a nutritional plan with meal planners and you will have personal coaching fitness session for one hour using weights/bands and we will set weekly and long term goals.
