Have you all survived your first week back at work? Are you back into your usual routine? I am back into my routine and back to healthy eating/exercising.
My Kick Start Elevate programme started last Thursday and we have set ourselves a 4 and 12 week goal to work towards. I always find setting goals helps my ladies to stay focused and on track.
Thank you to everyone who attended mine and Lisa's classes last week. They were all busy. Welcome back my regulars and the new people who attended it was a great start to the first week back.
Yoga with Aileen is back on so we are running a full fitness timetable.

Kick Start rapid fat loss online/at home programme - starts Monday 11 February. You can join for 14 or 28 days.
Kick Start Elevate club 4 or 8 week programme - starts Thursday 7 February. Join me at Norbury Church, Hazel Grove, 7 - 7.45 pm.
More classes - I want to add some more classes to the timetable and looking at doing a gentle fitness class one afternoon Tuesday or Wednesday as well as an additional class on a Monday evening at 8 pm. Would this be of interest to you?
Pilates for men - I really enjoyed teaching this new class and looking forward to Wednesday. There are spaces available if you know anyone who would like to attend.
Fitness weekend Friday 11th October - Sunday 13th October 2019, Queens Hotel, Llandudno. Karen and I are running our 4th weekend. It is action packed with fitness classes. Last year included Grease Medley, Staying Alive, Yoga, Myofascial release, Pilates, Lift Lean to name a few, plus free time and walks. Bed, breakfast and evening meal included in the price.
Personal Fitness Coaching - I am running 1:1 or small group fitness sessions. This can be done in your home, local venue or park (weather pending). I can help you by working out a plan, weigh & measure with before and after photos. I will also give you a nutritional plan with meal planners and you will have personal coaching fitness session for one hour using weights/bands and we will set weekly and long term goals. One to one Kick Start coaching programme. I offer a specialised Online 1:1 Nutrition and Wellness Coaching Service for clients who want a bespoke personalised service. I coach you online & provide you with everything you need. This is done over the phone or WhatsApp.
