Wow where did January go? I love the start of a new month. It's a great time to set new goals and plans. So have you set any goals this month. What would you like to achieve health and fitness wise.
I am looking to join a walking group and have been looking at various groups because it has to be a weekend for me to go and walk. I love walking as I find it helps to clear my mind and de-stress as well as seeing the beautiful countryside around us.
On Friday 8 February I am going into hospital for a procedure and have been told I will need to rest for a few days. I will not know how I will be feeling next week until the procedure is done. I am hoping to be able to teach but will let you know over the weekend. During the week I will make sure I have a way of contacting you ie mobile,
WhatsApp or FB as well as my usual Monday newsletter.

Yoga - Please note that the Rising Sun is going through a refurbishment. We are hoping to return on Monday 11th and Tuesday 12th February but I will keep you informed regarding what is happening. We have managed to book the Torkington Centre at 8 pm on Monday 4th February
at 8pm. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Once we are back to normal we are looking at running a NEW beginners 6 week course.
Kick Start Rapid Fat Loss Online/At Home Programme - starts Monday 11 February. This is ideal for anyone who is interested in the programme but cannot make it to my Thursday club. You can join for 14 or 28 days. See info below.
Kick Start Elevate Club 4 or 8 week programme - starts Thursday 7 February. Join me at Norbury Church, Hazel Grove, 7 - 7.45 pm.
Low Impact Gentle Exercise Class - Looking at Wednesday 1.45 - 2.45 pm. Starting 27 February, £6.00. Waiting for responses from venues. This is a health and wellbeing class offering a low impact gentle exercise class
including Pilates based exercises providing fun, social and adaptable physical activity. We work on various things within the class - posture, balance, building core strength, relieving stress and tension, strengthening and toning muscles and flexibility, all with low-impact exercises. Alternatives can be given. Low-impact exercises can improve your health and fitness without harming your joints. The overall aim is to increase strength and stamina, cardio vascular fitness and mobility. This will be a mixed class. Ideal for people who are new to exercise, have injuries and cannot exercise to full capacity but want to keep moving, lack confidence or don’t want to join a gym.
Pilates for men - Spaces available if you know anyone who would like to attend. 1st session free.
Fitness weekend Friday 11th October - Sunday 13th October 2019, Queens Hotel, Llandudno. Karen and I are running our 4th weekend. It is action packed with fitness classes. Last year included Grease Medley, Staying Alive, Yoga, Myofascial release, Pilates, Lift Lean to
name a few, plus free time and walks. Bed, breakfast and evening meal included in the price. £60 deposit required.
Personal Fitness Coaching - I am running 1:1 or small group fitness sessions. This can be done in your home, local venue or park (weather pending). I can help you by working out a plan, weigh & measure with before and after photos. I will
also give you a nutritional plan with meal planners and you will have personal coaching fitness session for one hour using weights/bands and we will set weekly and long term goals. You will find more information by clicking on the link below.
One to one Kick Start coaching programme. I offer a specialised Online 1:1 Nutrition and Wellness Coaching Service for clients who want a bespoke personalised service. I coach you online & provide you with everything you need. This is
done over the phone or WhatsApp.
