I hope you have all had a good weekend. I went to a place in Manchester called Flight Club for a friend's 50th. It is a bar but you can also play darts. What a fantastic night and I highly recommend it. It is computerised and you get a choice of games to play and you have your own booth. It's great fun.

Yoga - Aileen is back at the Rising Sun on Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th February.
Aileen will be running a beginners 6 week Yoga class starting on the 11 March at the Rising Sun and more details will follow. Time to be confirmed.

Low Impact Gentle Exercise Class - Starting Wednesday 27th February 1.45 - 2.45 pm, Rising Sun, Wednesday 27 February, £6.00. This is a health and wellbeing class offering a low impact gentle exercise class
including Pilates based exercises providing fun, social and adaptable physical activity. We work on various things within the class - posture, balance, building core strength, relieving stress and tension, strengthening and toning muscles and flexibility, all with low-impact exercises. Alternatives can be given. Low-impact exercises can improve your health and fitness without harming your joints. The overall aim is to increase strength and stamina, cardio vascular fitness and mobility. This will be a mixed class. Ideal for people who are new to exercise, have injuries and cannot exercise to full capacity but want to keep moving, lack confidence or don’t want to join a gym.

New for Spring - Healthy Body, Healthy Mind event.
Aileen and I will be running a Healthy Body Healthy Mind event on Sunday 24 March, 4.00 - 6.30 pm at Norbury Church. We are in the process of finalising details. This will include Pilates and Yoga classes, wellbeing talk, meditation & relaxation.
Fitness weekend Friday 11th October - Sunday 13th October 2019, Queens Hotel, Llandudno. Karen and I are running our 4th weekend. It is action packed with fitness classes. Last year included Grease Medley, Staying Alive, Yoga, Myofascial release, Pilates, Lift Lean to
name a few, plus free time and walks. Bed, breakfast and evening meal included in the price. £60 deposit required.
Personal Fitness Coaching - I am running 1:1 or small group fitness sessions. This can be done in your home, local venue or park (weather pending). I can help you by working out a plan, weigh & measure with before and after photos. I will
also give you a nutritional plan with meal planners and you will have personal coaching fitness session for one hour using weights/bands and we will set weekly and long term goals. You will find more information by clicking on the link below.
One to one Kick Start coaching programme. I offer a specialised Online 1:1 Nutrition and Wellness Coaching Service for clients who want a bespoke personalised service. I coach you online & provide you with everything you need. This is
done over the phone or WhatsApp.
