This is a health and wellbeing class offering a low impact gentle exercise class including Pilates based exercises providing fun, social and adaptable physical activity. We work on various things within the class - posture, balance, building core strength, relieving stress and tension, strengthening and toning
muscles and flexibility, all with low-impact exercises. Alternatives can be given.
Low-impact exercises can improve your health and fitness without harming your joints. The overall aim is to increase strength and stamina, cardio vascular fitness and mobility. This will be a mixed class. Ideal for people who are new to exercise, have injuries and cannot exercise to full capacity
but want to keep moving, lack confidence or don’t want to join a gym.
