Below is the Keep Fit with Paula timetable and your updates for Keep Fit with Paula and Kick Start Stockport.
Pilates Monday 8 pm - this class is still running but unfortunately the numbers have lowered for this class so over the next few weeks I will be monitoring whether it will continue. I apologise to my regulars but I need 6 people to justify continuing.
Yoga - 6 weeks beginners course Monday 9 September to 14 October £42.00
Have you ever wanted to try yoga but not sure where or how to begin? This 6 week course will teach you the basics of the poses. We will go slowly and gently and after 6 weeks you will be stronger and more flexible ….... and be able to decide if yoga is for you.

Fitness weekend Friday 11th October - Sunday 13th October 2019, Queens Hotel, Llandudno. Karen and I are running our 4th weekend. It is action packed with fitness classes. Last year included Grease Medley, Staying Alive, Yoga, Myofascial release, Pilates,
Lift Lean to name a few, plus free time and walks. Bed, breakfast and evening meal included in the price. £60 deposit required.
Personal Fitness Coaching - I am running 1:1 or small group fitness sessions. This can be done in your home, local venue or park (weather pending). I can help you by working out a plan, weigh & measure with before and after photos. I will also give you a nutritional
plan with meal planners and you will have personal coaching fitness session for one hour using weights/bands and we will set weekly and long term goals. You will find more information by clicking on the link below.
Kick Start - Kick Start is a programme helping people to lose weight, improve their
