Good morning from Karen and I

Our 3rd Health and Fitness weekend was fabulous. We had so much fun and loved every minute of it so we have booked the same venue for next year. It was action packed all weekend fitness classes, walks, free time and evening entertainment.

We had such a laugh during the day and even though the ladies in the evening could do what they liked as it was their free time we all stayed together in the hotel, relaxed, chatted and there was evening entertainment.

We have 20 places available and we are really pleased that 15 have already been taken. Thank you to those who have booked again with us. You will find information/prices below as well as our itinerary for the weekend.

FRIDAY 11 – 13 OCTOBER 2019

2 pm onwards check in. Check in before 2 pm and leave your luggage in the storage area

3.45 - 4.30 pm          Old school aerobics with Karen
4.45 - 5.30 pm          Party Games with Karen & Paula
7.00 pm                   Evening meal & free time

SATURDAY

8.00 - 8.30 am    Walk with Paula or High Energy Wake-up with Karen
8.30 am                   Breakfast
9.30 - 10.15 am    Pilates using massage balls with Paula
10.30 - 11.15 am    HIIT with Karen
11.30 - 12.15 pm    Glide and Tone with Paula
12.15 - 4.00 pm        Free time
4.00 - 5.30 pm          Boogie Nights Karen & Paula
7.00 pm                   Evening meal & free time

SUNDAY

8.00 - 8.30 am          Walk with Karen or Pilates/stretch with Paula
8.30 am                   Breakfast
09.30 - 10.15 am    Abs and Booty workout with Paula
10.30 - 11.15 am    Ballroom Blitz with Karen & Paula
