Health and Fitness Weekend 9 - 11 October 2020. Includes fitness classes, walks, free time and evening entertainment. 20 places available. Total price for the weekend per person is £228 single room, £224 twin/double room. £60 deposit required.

Forever Living event - I am pleased to be hosting my first Forever Living Product Launch with Martina Magill who has been running her own Forever Living business for 3 years. If you would like to join us put the date in your diary. Sunday 23rd February, 3.30 – 4.30 pm, Norbury Church, London Road, Hazel Grove, SK7 4RF. I will be showing you our extensive range of products. We focus on health and wellness products, based on the purest aloe
vera. Our product range includes vitamin and food supplements, sports and nutrition, weight management, drinks and gels, bee products, animal care, personal care, skincare and cosmetics. We will be giving you lots of information as well as advice.

Personal Fitness Coaching - I run 1:1 or small group fitness sessions. This can be done in your home, local venue or park (weather pending). I can help you by working out a plan, weigh & measure with before and after photos. I will also give
you a nutritional plan with meal planners and you will have personal coaching fitness session for one hour using weights/bands and we will set weekly and long term goals. You will find more information by clicking on the link below.
Kick Start - Kick Start is a programme helping people to lose weight, improve their
health and wellness. Kick Start is not a diet it’s a lifestyle change. I run a club with or without exercise, online programmes, 7, 14, 21 or 28 days or 1:1 coaching for clients who want a bespoke personalised service.
Kick Start is a lifestyle change. As well as helping you lose weight I help you have a better understanding about you. We look at other factors including sleep, stress, hormones, mind-set, goal setting, nutrition, health and more. I support you on your journey through a private F/B group.
